As a training manager, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop training plans to give your client the means necessary to train 24/7 shift worker and the ability to execute a highly skilled mission set. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security and inform our nation\'s leaders. As a Current Operations Training Manager on our team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help your client understand their mission environment by building accurate SOPs to ensure 24/7 shift workers can execute real-world operations and report deficiencies up to the chain of command. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help prepare the team members to respond to any critical actions which arise and assist senior site personnel to make the appropriate decisions when dealing with complex problems. As the Subject Matter Expert for the team you support, the client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. You\xe2\x80\x99ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.   • Experience working operations at mission ground station
  • Knowledge of intelligence systems and tools
  • Ability to build SOPs to guide shift workers for daily operations
  • Ability to build and deliver site operation briefings
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Bachelor\'s degree and 5+ years of experience in the IC or 9+ years of experience in the IC in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
