Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Doorman. As a Doorman, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Duties:

- Identify patrons as 21 or older using an ID scanner and experience with ID'ing

- Handle conflicts or disputes among individuals on the premises

- Assist bartending staff with cleaning and stocking throughout the night

- Assist bartending staff with closing duties

Requirements:

- Previous experience is preferred but not required

- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
