Position: Data Entry Specialist We are looking for bright, motivated candidates with a passion for aviation who want to join our industry-leading team as Data Entry Specialists. This position is for individuals looking for a fun and rewarding career with a company who cares about its employees and provides substantial room for growth. Job Responsibilities:
- Requesting and entering airport data, client data, country/permit requirement data, and other data required for private aviation operations in a custom-built software application.
- Assisting the operations department by answering questions from clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient with basic software operation and internet browsing.
- Outstanding problem solving and customer service skills.
- Our shifts are 12 hours long and rotate 4-days on 4-days off, so you must be willing to work weekends and holidays (as the schedule dictates). The best part of the schedule is that you will work less than half the days of the year.
