About the Role

As Director of Product Marketing for RedPoint Global, you will be responsible for developing product marketing content, leading the product marketing function, speaking at webinars, industry events, and internal conferences, as well as building relationships with key analysts. This position is a remote/hybrid position, with the ideal candidate working remotely from the New England area and able to travel to our Boston (Wellesley, MA) office occasionally for working sessions or team meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in the MarTech marketing automation and/or customer data software space.

In leading the product marketing function, you will collaborate with the Product and Go-to-Market teams to successfully market and create pipeline for key products, and launch new products into the market. You will need to be an influential content creator who can identify key messages and concisely communicate technology-driven value propositions. This role reports to the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at RedPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the product marketing strategy for positioning, pricing and promotion.
  • Be the pivot point for product initiatives across the organization, by providing market requirements to the Product teams and relaying product content and differentiators to fuel our Go-to-Market teams (Demand Generation, Sales, Services and PR).
  • Create content to drive revenue growth, including website content and other sales & marketing materials; this includes all product and solution level pages on our websites and microsites.
  • Analyze market trends and gather key insights, synthesizing and communicating these to the executive team, marketing, sales and product leaders.
  • Work closely with industry analysts to learn about the market and advocate our POV. Manage inquiries, run regular meetings and conduct prep work for analysts\' research and reports.
  • Conduct voice-of-customer / customer feedback sessions regarding their current products.
  • Present market trends and product insights at events in speeches, keynotes, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Gen Marketing team to develop campaign messaging across campaigns, channels and personas.
  • Closely partner with subject matter experts to drive market requirements and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product to conduct analysis of competing products to identify our strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated history of leading innovative positioning and enablement initiatives to drive significant revenue growth
  • Passion to track emerging trends, competitive approaches and use cases to communicate effective and relevant value propositions
  • Excellent communication with ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an organized way in an extremely fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and bias towards execution
  • Exceptional content writing skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
