This role will be responsible for defining, establishing and communicating the value proposition of specific Bright Horizons services in the employer market, under the guidance of Growth leadership. A core member of the B2B marketing team, this role will be charged with developing content and sales materials that leverage Bright Horizons\xe2\x80\x99 strengths and fuel sustained business growth. An ideal candidate will have experience refining messaging in response to multiple inputs - including buyer needs, client feedback, product features, and market trends - in order to maximize recognition of, and interest in, Bright Horizons services. .

What you will do:

\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor trends shaping the employee benefits market and respond with new messaging, research, and campaign materials that keep Bright Horizons top of mind with potential buyers \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish Bright Horizons as a thought leader through spearheading research reports, webinars, and speaking engagements on a variety of HR, benefits, and talent management topics \xe2\x80\xa2 Relate Bright Horizons strengths to a broad range of organizational concerns, industry settings, and buyer profiles \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive crisp and consistent messaging across the full spectrum of employer-facing media, including collateral, web copy, sales presentations, RFP responses, promotional videos, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Present to, and facilitate conversions with, internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners on topics including industry pressures, emerging benefit trends, recruitment and retention strategies, and employee education practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain reference materials on competitors, chief buyer segments, and purchase drivers \xe2\x80\xa2 Review marketing campaign performance data, in partnership with B2B Marketing Programs, to assess which topics are generating interest, and adapt content plan to focus on the most impactful topics for each buyer segment As a key member of the B2B marketing team, the candidate will have an important voice in decisions related to brand and service-specific messaging, research and thought leadership initiatives, and tools and technologies that support quick and effective sales support. The role may have budget authority for product marketing investments, such as research that reinforces Bright Horizons\xe2\x80\x99 position as a thought leader, media assets that describe the challenges employers face and the impact of Bright Horizons solutions, and travel expenses for meeting with clients and industry analysts to better understand their top concerns and needs.

What you bring:

  • Required Bachelor\'s Degree relevant degree Preferred Master\'s Degree
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, business development, or sales experience, preferably in the enterprise B2B space
  • Experience developing product collateral and messaging that directly supports marketing campaigns
  • Adept at managing tight timelines, competing priorities, and projects that span multiple departments
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including with client and partner organizations
  • Demonstrated success developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled public speaker, with experience presenting to peers and external audiences in live and virtual settings
  • Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems for campaign development and reporting
