What you\'ll be doing:

  • Lead and direct all Healthcare related work and pursuits. All Healthcare related work done by executive and senior PM\'s shall report to Director of Healthcare
  • Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of Healthcare work
  • Oversee project teams in the construction of healthcare projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met \xe2\x80\xa2 Pursue Healthcare work and maintain and grow client relationships
  • Oversee that all projects have timely and proper payment processes from client to subcontractors and vendors, learning and applying DeAngelis Diamond\'s Standard Operating Procedure to your work
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction, estimating, and accounting teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and assist with negotiated contract agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ability to negotiate all owner contract and sub issues and effectively "close the deal" \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct monthly project status reports for every healthcare project with each PM and/or SPM \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the development and implementation of a winning strategy for Healthcare project pursuits. This includes Request for Proposal Responses and the formal presentation for a project
  • Responsible for recruiting Healthcare professionals to join DeAngelis Diamond \xe2\x80\xa2 Established relationships in the market that will bring in repeat work; must be a recognized leader in the healthcare market.
  • Identify project risks and develop plans to mitigate. Manage through simultaneous project performance issues.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects ranging from large to small simultaneously with overall responsibility for project success.
  • Ability to promote and organize staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and influence changes within the organization.

  • Entrepreneurial team player mindset and ability to multitask \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, Bluebeam, and an expert understanding of AIA contracts
  • 15-20 years of extensive project management experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site experience in the management of new construction and the renovation of existing assets
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong personal integrity and highest ethical standard
