Brief Summary of Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
The director\xe2\x80\x99s duties include, but are not limited to, staff leadership and supervision, developing a comprehensive research agenda for the Center, establishing measurable goals and objectives, procuring external funds, collaborating with school systems in design and implementation of interventions; preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders; and collaborating with governmental and non-governmental agencies and community organizations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requested Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION :
Phd in Education or related fields from an accredited university.
EXPERIENCE :
knowledge and skills in research methods, written and oral communications, management, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, ability to travel, and a minimum of 3 years of upper level administration.
