Job Description
Brief Summary of Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and implement applied research in one of the areas of focus of NCEED, i.e., literacy, family/school relations, cultural competency, teachers, curriculum, school leadership, social and emotional well-being and literacy; develop shared goals for reach, practice and community outreach to be pursued in collaboration with NCEED personnel; teach two courses in the School of Education and Urban Studies. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requested Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Ph.D. or Ed.D in Education from an accredited university or college is required with a research focus on one of the following areas: literacy, family/school relations, cultural competency, teachers, curriculum, school leadership, social and emotional well-being and literacy, or related fields such as Educational Psychology, Measurement and Evaluation, etc.
