TheDirector, Investor Relationswill collaborate with the VP, Treasurer in developing and executing the company\'s investor relations strategy. In this role you will manage the IR process, which includes delivering a consistent company narrative to equity analysts, debt holders, and shareholders through direct and written communications. Success in this role will be defined by strong relationships with internal and external audiences, and a tightly managed cadence of reporting. This Position is fully remote and can be located in the following states: AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NJ, NC, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. The salary range for this role is: $119,496 - $214,968. Responsibilities:

• Assist the VP, Treasurer in communications with analysts, lenders, and shareholders. This includes maintaining documentation of all contacts, inquiries, responses, etc. Coordinate and confirm responses to inquiries to ensure consistency of messaging.
• Manage the development of a new IR Department ahead of any planned public issuance.
• Coordinate the quarterly earnings release process including executing webcast and preparation of financial press release, investor and lender presentations, compliance certificates, Q&A tracking, and other associated activities.
• Track and develop reporting on peer group performance.
• Manage the Investor Relations website, ensuring all content, disclosures and presentations are accurate and up to date.
• Manage, plan, and coordinate annual Analyst Meeting.
• Develop and execute on a monthly management report and quarterly Board of Directors update
• Track analyst reports, estimates, and changes. Proactively contact analysts to surface fact-based issues.
• Work with other functions in preparation for annual, general, and special shareholder meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required. MBA preferred.

• 8-10 years of investor relations experience for a public company or as an equity analyst.

• 10+ years of investor relations experience for a public company or as an equity analyst.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, filing requirements.
• Strong financial and investment analysis capabilities, including deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Experience developing executive level communications and engaging directly with senior management with minimal oversight.
• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced skills and experience in PowerPoint and web-based applications.
• Experience with investor relations management software preferred.
