What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do: As an Associate, Investor Relations, you\xe2\x80\x99ll support the Capital Markets team\xe2\x80\x99s efforts to execute our equity capital raise strategy and support investor needs throughout the entire investor lifecycle from due diligence, investor onboarding, subscription documentation, quarterly reporting, ongoing client serving and redemptions. You will help build and maintain a best-in-class investor relations function that provides exceptional service to both external and internal stakeholders. You will report to the Managing Director of Capital Markets and have close collaboration with senior leadership and major investors of the company. You will have the unique opportunity to help articulate the story of Coastal Ridge, our investment strategy, and our performance to the financial community. Where You\xe2\x80\x99ll Work: Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our newly built corporate offices overlook the downtown Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Your Responsibilities: Capital Markets Sales Support.

  • Support the Capital Markets team with client research, initial outreach, and meeting follow-up requests.
  • Utilize Investor Relations/CRM software to maintain and organize the investor pipeline, update client information, and document client communications.
  • Maintain the Investor Relations data rooms, and materials for active fundraises.
  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to complete requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence requests.
  • Work with the Capital Markets team to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness of the outreach and sourcing function.
Investor Relations Support.
  • Help the Capital Markets team build and maintain trusted investor relationships.
  • Assist the Investor Relations Manager with new client onboarding and subscription workflow.
  • Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of documents with a high level of attention to detail and discretion.
  • Respond to ad-hoc and recurring investor requests while following defined procedures and policies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Investor Relations Manager with quarterly reporting, distributions, capital call notices and tracking, and investor communications.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in investor relations, internal sales support or real estate capital markets
  • Interest in the private equity and real estate industries
  • Technical mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience using or willingness to learn Juniper Square, iCapital, Salesforce, and/or +Subscribe
