Position summary: The Director, Digital Marketing reports to the VP of Marketing and oversees the holistic digital marketing strategy for the company.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leads and champions all aspects of digital marketing across the consumer website, CRM efforts, and eCommerce.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive digital objectives, goals, and measures.
  • Leads and champions all digital optimizations, measurements, and analysis.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns as part of larger initiatives.
  • Leads and manages all aspects of company SEO/SEM.
  • Responsible to take eCommerce revenue to new, higher levels, in FY22 and help position the organization as a strong digital-centric brand.
  • Managing future resigns of the company websites, eCommerce, email marketing, SEO, and digital analytics.
  • Develop and manage email marketing strategy.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing and eCommerce efforts.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate \xe2\x80\x93 Key member of Marketing Lead Team.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with Magento, Oracle-Eloqua, and Monetate is strongly desired.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience leading digital efforts for a consumer brand, with emphasis on CRM and eCommerce.
  • Experience managing SEO and Affiliate programs.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the current market and industry digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.


Working Conditions:

  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
