Director, Global Ethics, Governance & Conflicts of Interest

The Global Ethics and Compliance program is in place to proactively identify and mitigate risk across the enterprise. The Director of Global Ethics, Governance & Conflicts of Interest is a critical role that oversees all Global Ethics governance (including the Code of Conduct and Global Conflict of Interest Policy), spearheads updates to governance or drafting of new governance/initiatives (including stakeholder engagement), and oversees the Global Conflicts of Interest program. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support other business functions, drive strategy, and optimize processes.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact by:

  • Partnering with Global Ethics leaders, Legal, Global Investigations, Corporate Affairs, and other stakeholders on establishing, maintaining, and continually assessing Ethics allegation handling, case management best practices, and interpretation of the Code of Conduct.
  • Leading our Global Conflicts of Interest Program that is responsible for executing an annual key leader conflicts of interest disclosure process, including writing opinions in response to disclosures, performing Board participation reviews with the Office of the Corporate Secretary, providing conflicts of interest training, and responding to officer and high priority conflict of interest opinion requests.
  • Managing new governance initiatives or updates to existing materials, the Global Ethics SOX certification process in partnership with other stakeholders, and overseeing the response to daily requests for governance input and analysis, as well as day-to-day conflicts of interest questions from the business and from our market partners.
  • Managing two associates supporting Global Ethics governance and conflicts of interest issues.
  • Maintaining 70+ policies and procedures, our Code of Conduct, and case management guidance.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts or related field and 6 years experience in compliance or related field.
