Team Overview

Citeline, a Norstella company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams to design and deliver a host of marketing initiatives. This role will enhance brand awareness within the digital space, as well as drive web traffic and lead conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital campaign planning
  • Mange paid media advertising and budget
  • Manage all SEO related activities
  • Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) activities
  • Oversee digital reporting and budgeting
  • Manage and support online chat tool
  • Support marketing automation
  • Map and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with agencies as needed
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and make recommendations
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
  • Focus on top of funnel ads and outreach all the way to continued efforts to entice and expand our customer base.
  • Support Citeline\xe2\x80\x99s lead generation efforts thru LinkedIn & Google and focus on delivering qualified leads to a growing sales team
  • Perform detailed data monitoring using research tools and effectively interpret, analyze, and implement changes to improve site architecture and page content.
  • Ensure SEO tactics are implemented and are in-line with major search engines, like Google, such as: quality content, page load times, mobile compatibility, keyword-rich meta tags, internal and external linking, simplicity of site navigation, etc.
  • Own SEO Roadmap & Content Calendar for Citeline with input from stakeholders such as Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Editorial Teams, and other constituents.
  • Execute tactics for building traffic and growing supporter base through online media and SEO by coordinating all online content / schedules with peers.
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and sustain an active pipeline
  • Oversee the management of SEM activities and optimization while managing budgets
  • Own online chat tool including creating new playbooks, measuring results and communicating with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with team member and improve marketing automation & ABM strategies
  • OwnCiteline\xe2\x80\x99s digital customer experience and make recommendations around the best UX, landing pages, and forms, ensuring implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams throughout the entire customer journey with an appreciation for design, compelling copy, and attention to detail, and empathy to our customers\xe2\x80\x99 and prospects\xe2\x80\x99 challenges, goals, and experience
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Lead digital support efforts for other departments such as product and human resources
  • Develop and manage the digital budget & KPIs, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee creative design

Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Marketing Manager experience with a clear track record of achievement at a B2B company
  • Strong experience running paid advertising thru LinkedIn & Google
  • Experiencing managing agencies and holding accountable for performance
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategies & research tools like SEMRush, MOZ, and Google Search Console
  • Experience in best practices of digital marketing across multiple platforms
  • Strong experience with Eloqua or similar inbound marketing tools and marketing automation
  • Salesforce or comparable CRM experience
  • Advanced social media knowledge
  • Web design background
  • Working knowledge of Sitecore websites
  • Competency in managing budgets
  • Excellent demonstrable verbal, written, and analytical communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Devotion to systems, repeatability, efficiency, and measurement
  • High technical acumen, an early adopter
  • Team player, bias for action, results-oriented

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
