SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Manager should be a business-minded professional who understands the importance of aligning all tactical execution to strategic objectives. Have experience working collaboratively across creative and other marketing functions, and comfort engaging with senior leadership. This Manager should have previous experience in developing content strategy and a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. They should fully understand Kelly-Moore\xe2\x80\x99s go-to-market strategy and craft all aspects of the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing plan in targeting Consumer and Business-to-Business markets. The Manager will be responsible for supervising the daily execution of campaigns across all channels, as well as all analytics and reporting on the performance of these programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy that aligns with Kelly-Moore\xe2\x80\x99s strategic narrative, ensuring that all digital marketing programs reinforce the Kelly-Moore brand\xe2\x80\x99s critical areas of competitive differentiation.
  • Plan all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, display advertising campaigns, and provide input to digital marketing paid media budget allocations.
  • Design and build Kelly-Moore\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence across various social channels and targeting both Consumer and B2B market segments.
  • Develop an email marketing plan to engage prospects and drive sales. Supervise the implementation of this plan and provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, brainstorming endless ways to improve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize the analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Promote a positive, ethical, professional, and customer-oriented company image. Operate with a spirit of transparency and collaboration within the Marketing team and with Marketing\xe2\x80\x99s internal partners.
  • Perform additional duties required by management.
  • Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements and skills
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 8+ years of working experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in both Consumer and Business-to-Business environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B, and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Well-developed communication skills, including oral and written comprehension, expression, and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for customer service, including assessing the customer\xe2\x80\x99s need, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to make effective presentations internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to review and analyze numeric and non-numeric records and data in digital and print formats, including spec sheets and specifications.
  • Ability to manage time and be productive.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s Employee Driving Agreement requirements, if eligible and business needs dictate.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 20% of the time.
