Position Summary (on-site):

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the overall digital marketing strategies for this industry-leading restaurant group, including brand development, social media, SEO, geofencing, promotions, and all other aspects of digital marketing. Pay: $80000 - $110000 / year

Primary Job Function:

We are looking for a creative leader with vision to develop and execute our strategic marketing plan to increase guests counts and revenues across our restaurants, special events, 3rd party ordering platforms, and off-site catering partners. This person is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all digital marketing functions for our brands, such as SEO, geofencing, advertising, graphic design, social media, promotions, reputation management and guest engagement programs. The Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with our Restaurant Teams and other Support Center departments. In addition, this person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the SRC brand standards, internally and externally, throughout our core markets and expansion into new markets with new restaurant openings. There are defined opportunities for growth and advancement from this role.

Objectives & Goals:

  • Create marketing plans to increase sales revenues across all revenue centers and day parts to meet sales goals
  • Strategic and creative development for all corporate, restaurant and catering brands (PR, event marketing, online/digital, advertising, directories, in-store collateral, social media, gift cards, private dining, etc.)
  • Manage semi-annual seasonal menu food & beverage changes across concepts executing with Regional Directors and Executive Chefs to enhance menu offerings, while increasing margins and food scores
  • Create new Guest Engagement/Loyalty program to encourage repeat and frequency through CRM, email marketing, SMS and Guest Centric programs
  • Ensure Marketing Local Store programs including events, promotions, brand awareness campaigns, Operational holidays, and partnerships are in line with brand standards
  • Support the Path to 5 Stars Mission by utilizing reputation management tool to enhance scores
  • Spearhead corporate gift card program & holiday gift card program, including 3rd party outlets
  • Work with special events departments on lead generation to increase inquiries and special events bookings through promotional concepts, customer relationship management, and enhanced websites with virtual tours
  • Lead re-positioning and re-branding of restaurant concepts implementing a cohesive branding style guide across all touch points
  • Engage and manage external resources including agencies and vendor partners
  • Employ and engage with SEO and Geofencing technology to increase brand awareness to desired markets.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Digital Marketing in a management-level role, with at least 6 years\' overall Marketing experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Experienced in SEO with proven results
  • Experience with geofencing technology and efforts, also with proven results
  • Strong social media and digital marketing background
  • Passion for food & beverage with a grand knowledge of culinary and cocktail trends
  • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
  • Strong Creative Direction, Storytelling and Copywriting skills
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Data-driven with strong analytics skills
