As the Demand Generation Manager at Resonant Link, you will be responsible for attracting qualified leads and enabling our sales team to grow our topline revenue. You will work as part of a marketing team that is introducing our world-class wireless chargers to the world. You will evangelize our vision and mission and share market feedback and insights company-wide about our medical, mobility, and consumer electronics customers. Through a mix of content strategy, marketing automation, paid ads, and events, you\xe2\x80\x99ll attract new leads and create prospects for our sales team. Your success as our first Demand Generation Manager is crucial to ensuring we communicate and create market value, meet our sales targets, and scale our marketing efforts.

  • Deliver valuable educational content that attracts a qualified audience
  • Build and manage a content calendar including, but not limited to, blogs, landing pages, case studies, webinars, and videos
  • Create visible ways to show our products\' impacts, benefits, and technology (i.e. video, photos, ads, and infographics)
  • Execute and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns using SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, paid search and display advertising, direct mail, events, and more to drive customer acquisition
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurture processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Work with sales to implement strategies to keep leads engaged and to re-engage cold leads
  • Own our website and customer relationship management system
  • Create systems to measure the customer journey and understand how our marketing attracts and converts customers
  • Maintain marketing performance dashboard; create and analyze performance reports to track progress against key performance indicators and share recommendations for what to start, stop, and continue doing
  • Propose new ideas to help us meet our goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or demand generation across a variety of channels
  • Advanced knowledge in and experience with both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels
  • Proficient in B2B marketing
  • Ability to own lead generation for multiple verticals; demonstrated experience managing paid online advertising campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation, customer relationship management, and content management system features
  • Experience managing social media marketing, SEO, video marketing, events marketing, and PR is preferred
  • Vendor management experience
  • Hands-on HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
  • Must have up-to-date vaccinations for COVID-19
