We are seeking a passionate growth-minded demand gen marketer who knows the value of aligning with Sales and using the best strategies, data, and content to capture, create, and accelerate sales pipeline. As a leader in the identity security industry \xe2\x80\x93 and the only vendor who is unifying all four of the most critical identity security products in the segment \xe2\x80\x93 we are on the front lines to protect our customers at the most critical security entry points for people, applications and data. Our expanding business needs a seasoned demand gen pro who can bring their energy, best practices, and teamwork values to make an impact on our growth.

The Role

The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager will manage and orchestrate campaigns and activities designed to generate awareness and to create, capture and accelerate sales pipeline for new and existing customers. This role reports into the global head of demand generation & field marketing with strong interlock with the head of North America sales.


You will work side by side with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategy to hone campaign themes into precise target market segments, messages and offers that will fuel awareness activities, demand gen campaigns, and sales plays for field reps.


Your role will be to manage, analyze and report on campaign execution from all channels. You will orchestrate campaign execution elements across digital, field, and website channels through coordination with our agency and with our internal field events, web, social, and PR teams. This includes owning and managing the campaign budget and performance reporting with our partners in finance and marketing operations. Responsibilities:
  • Accountability for the creation and capture of new logo and existing customer demand for North America
  • Manages day-to-day campaign activities including working with internal teams to drive execution against objectives and deadlines
  • Integrates with Sales teams to ensure campaign objectives are understood and communicated, campaign milestones are being hit, and in-period adjustments are made based on business requirements and/or market shifts
  • Facilitates alignment and planning of all campaigns including asset development and campaign execution
  • Monitor demand gen forecast and real-time performance on a continuous basis to ensure pipeline objectives are met
  • Work with Product Marketing on strategy and content to execute and course-correct campaigns to drive maximum conversion
  • Ensure demand gen best practices are being used and tested to ensure the most effective segmentation, messaging and offers are being deployed
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development (SDR) team to ensure fast and quality follow-up on MQLs
  • Manage North American demand gen budget including analyzing and reporting on ROI metrics
  • Manage marketing agency who we partner with for execution of digital programs
  • Work daily with internal marketing service teams that support awareness and demand gen efforts, including paid and non-paid social media, SEO/SEM, PR, field events execution, copywriting, and design services
  • Consult with Marketing Operations to ensure a comprehensive named account database is maintained for segmentation and for access to analytics tools you will use for measurement, reporting and communication
  • Maintain a 360-degree view of all North American awareness and demand gen activities including demand gen programs, social media activities (paid and non-paid), field marketing, advertising, PR and social media
  • Report and present activity, outputs and pipeline impact on a regular basis to marketing and sales leadership; including recommendations for course correction as needed
  • Ability to travel throughout North America for occasional internal meetings and field events
Qualifications:
  • You are seasoned: 7-10 years of experience in demand gen at technology companies
  • You are a trusted advisor to sales leadership: a demonstrable track record of alignment with Sales to achieve pipeline goals
  • You love demand gen: the funnel, conversion, velocity, inbound, email nurturing, attribution, ABM, content marketing, integrated tactics, data/analytics, analysis, and how to refine a strategy and tactics when things underperform or when business conditions change
  • You know demand gen doesn\xe2\x80\x99t work in a vacuum: you interlock with your peers in PR, AR, Social Media, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Brand, Marcomm, Website Ops, and Corporate Events
  • You are organized: you will be quarterbacking a lot of moving parts where on time delivery is essential.
  • You are a team player: with functions to support you and partnering with team members in marketing to drive execution, you excel at working as one team with shared goals
  • You are a learner: you know what to do now and you are continually curious to how to improve
  • You want to advance your career: this is a growth industry; let\xe2\x80\x99s build a growth story with your fingerprints on it and grow the team
  • You are a confident communicator: you are a clear and concise communicator on a regular basis; and you can tell a story during formal presentations to the team or other internal stakeholders
  • You are hands-on: you are fluent in SFDC, marketing automation, copy editing, and list segmentation. PowerBI is a plus.
