Acumen Learning is a corporate education company specializing in customized strategy, finance, and business acumen training. The company combines world class IP \xe2\x80\x93 stemming from their bestselling book: Seeing the Big Picture \xe2\x80\x93 with highly experienced consultants to deliver training solutions for their clients. While the majority of Acumen Learning\xe2\x80\x99s client engagements are 1- to 2-day onsite instructor-led programs, the company also offers virtual instructor-led and online self-paced programs. Summary We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) that can develop and execute campaigns to drive inbound marketing adoption among target prospects. We are looking for someone who is willing and ready to roll their sleeves up, think outside of the box, and demonstrate a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d approach to solving challenges. You should be passionate about marketing and have experience using marketing automation systems to their fullest extent\xe2\x80\x94campaign creation, reporting, list imports, and data maintenance. You will own and manage the marketing automation system and conduct data analyses used to support strategic decisions. Position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

  • Fully utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to increase sales
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns and processes that increase sales
  • Design compelling high-performing marketing content (landing pages, emails, case studies, videos, etc.) that increase sales
  • Lead and manage marketing specialists and work closely with sales and operations to\xe2\x80\x94you guessed it\xe2\x80\x94increase sales
  • Analyze marketing data and track campaigns to develop insights that continuously optimize the customer journey
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
Qualifications
  • 3 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Ability to execute and measure successful marketing campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance
  • Creative mindset to drive new campaigns and call-to-actions
  • Excellent marketing and communication skills
Other Responsibilities
  • Support content creation, ability to write and edit marketing and sales content
  • Sales and marketing event management support as needed
  • Determine gaps in current best practices and proposes solutions to address these needs
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits:
