With our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team onsite in our De Pere, WI office.

The Role

• Provide administrative support to various organizational wide projects
• Process, maintain and organize project files
• Input and maintain data in various programs and systems
• Provide backup support for team
• Ad-hoc reporting and tracking
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) administrative support, data entry or relatable experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and the ability to learn new software efficiently
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen etc.)
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Ability to adjust and be flexible to change
• Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to build and cultivate positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to work at a desk utilizing computer equipment
