- 4-6 years of experience as executive chef or culinary director in a 4-5 star hotel property
- 4-5 Hotel openings is a plus
- High Volume events experience
- Manage team of 50+ employees
- Manage leadership team of 10+ employees
- Collaboration with 3rd party F&B operations.
- Understanding and ability to operate Hospitality systems \xe2\x80\x93 Purchase management, guest experience metrics, Microsoft office etc.
