ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Coordinate and organize presentations and materials for internal and external IBC meetings, gatherings, expos, and other assemblies with company branding.
Manage a calendar of all meetings and events for Marketing Director
Monitor and update the Laredo Market Schedule of Events (SOE) daily to ensure all meetings are kept up to the minute. Work on same for metro markets
Disseminate the SOE to all Laredo IBC and Commerce Bank officers on a weekly basis
Maintain all mailing lists including customer lists for events, employee email lists for information distribution and VIP lists for other miscellaneous purposes
Track officer attendance to events and officer community involvement with a monthly report required by compliance
Review all corporate-wide donation, sponsorship and event requests for final approval
Assist with the coordination of financial literacy classes for students, adults, and miscellaneous organizations
Report monthly (first of the month) all data for Financial Literacy classes, donations, sponsorships, and officer community involvement.
Collaboratively maintain an efficiently organized archive, filing system for all marketing materials, documents, and information
Work with PR Agency to plan media opportunities for CEO\xe2\x80\x99s and key executives including interviews, press releases and other media exposure and articles. Keep copious archives of all executive level media information
Support Public Affairs initiatives and projects as needed
Compose letters, emails and other forms of information for external and internal distribution
Support digital media team with video set up, recording and editing as needed
