Job Description
Controller - Pasadena, CA This is not a remote or hybrid role. We are seeking a talented Controller to lead the Accounting Department of an established, but growing mid-sized organization in Pasadena, CA. You must be a proven leader, team-oriented and a hands-on professional. The responsibilities of the position include: budget formulation and management, financial reporting, systems design and implementation, vendor management, equipment management, attending meetings, protection of assets, policy administration, financial training, data analysis, report preparation, collaboration with departments, and cash management. The preferred qualifications for the position are a CPA or MBA degree, 3 or more years of experience in the healthcare, engineering or construction industries, 5 or more years of accounting experience, with preference given to those with Big 4 public accounting experience, 5 years of management experience, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year Benefits:
