Job Title: Automation Project Controller (Scheduler)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Project Controller (Scheduler) to join our team in a biopharmaceutical setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for automation projects and ensuring that project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using project management software, ensuring that all tasks are assigned and that dependencies are accurately reflected.
  • Work closely with project managers, automation engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project risks and dependencies and incorporate them into the project schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders, identifying any areas of concern and proposing solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Track project costs and resource utilization, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and resource constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk management plans, and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
  • Continuously improve project scheduling processes and tools, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.


Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling and control, preferably in an automation project within a biopharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with automation systems and equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with project risk management and mitigation.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
