Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of related high-volume recruiting experience; preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Proficient experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP RM.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • PHR / SPHR certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of current employment laws (i.e., EEO, ADA, Affirmative Action, etc.)
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage the tracking and documentation of all open positions, candidate
applications and requisite metrics of recruiting success
  • Willing to put in significant effort to help drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times


POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:

Position is a 90 Day Contract

Support all property level assigned searches for full recruiting to include : tracking open positions and identifying potential candidates through ADP RM and other various forms of recruitment. Screening resumes, conducting interviews with potential candidates, communicating with hiring managers/District Managers/RVPS\xe2\x80\x99s / HR Directors throughout the search process and ensuring the successful on-boarding of the Associate.

MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process through the Application Tracking System (ATS): To include creating requisitions, reviewing and sourcing applications, scheduling interviews, extending offers, initiating the background check and boarding the candidate.
  • Source candidates for hard to fill positions through job postings, referrals, social media, networking and other resources.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations as well as Company policies
  • Remain up to date on recruiting best practices and effective means for attracting job candidates.
