Account Recruiting / Business Development Manager: This is a REMOTE commissioned based opportunity with great compensation potential. Ability to develop and grow your own book of business and team.
Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a trusting business relationship with candidates and hiring managers
  • Research and prospect new clients to help manage staffing services and solutions for that client
  • Creatively identify and connect with hiring managers using all tools available\xe2\x80\x93 LinkedIn, Company Databases, ATS\xe2\x80\x99s, prior relationships, existing consultants, existing clients etc.
  • Quickly identify the process for doing business with a new client \xe2\x80\x93 ATS, Direct Relationship, Combination
  • Develop relationships with customer hiring managers to gain their trust and get new job requirements
  • Work closely with client hiring team to identify highest priority positions to work on
  • Successfully navigate the process as well as negotiate the contract for working with new clients
  • Meet prospecting and new client targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Report on daily basis to sales leadership on activities performed and submit weekly sales reports
  • Travel to meet clients to help improve business relationships and opportunities
  • Ability to capture specifications for client staffing requirements and communicate both verbally and in written format so that recruiting team is able to intelligently recruit best qualified candidates to meet and exceed customer specifications
Qualifying factors
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager or Senior Recruiter at a staffing firm
  • Prior experience selling directly to business and technical buyers of staffing services and solutions
  • Extensive experience in relationship building and new client establishment
  • Aggressive in nature, consistently meeting sales targets
  • Ability to execute negotiations with clients
  • Solid understanding of staffing business, sales processes and recruitment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple new clients and the account management process for closing initial deals
  • Strong communication, organizations & presentation skills are essential
  • Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset needed
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, as well as critical thinking skills needed
  • Able to work as an independent contributor and also part of a team
