#EQ-LI1 #MO Primary Purpose of Position: The North America Consumer Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing a communications plan that supports the objectives and priorities of the business. This includes creating brand and product campaigns that move customers and consumers to choose Goodyear in close collaboration with leadership, Marketing and external agency partners. The manager is also responsible for supporting leader communications and developing communications that foster internal associate engagement. Additionally, the NA Consumer Communications manager plays a lead role in the company\'s annual Customer Conference, a multi-day high production event including main stage presentations and entertainment as well as a trade show. The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing demands and building strong relationships with business leaders
