Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Client Support Specialist include:



Represent AT&T's suite of business products and services to companies across the Providence area Conduct direct outreach to business owners and key decision-makers to understand their communication and connectivity needs Deliver clear, confident presentations on AT&T's high-speed internet, phone, and data plans Help clients compare options and select services that align with their operational goals Manage the sales cycle from introduction to closing, including follow-up and client onboarding Build trust-based relationships that lead to referrals, renewals, and long-term satisfaction

Areas of training for our Client Support Specialist:



In-depth knowledge of AT&T's business internet, phone, and connectivity solutions Consultative sales techniques tailored to B2B client interactions Effective territory outreach strategies and lead generation best practices Objection handling, closing strategies, and customer onboarding CRM tools, sales reporting, and customer follow-up protocols Ongoing mentorship and skill development to support long-term growth as a Client Support Specialist

Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month
