Overview:
QPWB, a multi-office national law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Client Services Specialist to work in our Orlando, FL office. Client Services is a fast-paced department.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Request judgment figures and documents from client interface systems
Review entire foreclosure file in order to respond to client status requests
Process approximately 100 steps in client interface systems daily
Request and document account level information from client
Respond to inquiries from servicers and keep them fully informed on the status of files
Follow up on inquiries in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of direct experience in this area at a default law firm or loan servicer is required
Familiarity with client interface systems such as LPS / BlackKnight / LoanSphere, Lenstar, NDS and/or Serengeti.
Familiarity with the foreclosure process for Florida, Texas, Georgia, Michigan, USVI, Puerto Rico and Kentucky
Familiarity with foreclosure timeline with respect to FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and FHA for Florida, Texas, Georgia, Michigan, USVI, Puerto Rico and Kentucky.

Ability to work between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:30PM.

Working experience and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
Requires critical thinking skills, superior communication and organizational skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be analytical, detailed, and have excellent problem solving skills
High School Diploma required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position is considered to be mostly sedentary and will require the employee to sit for extended periods of time. It will also require the employee to occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. They may engage in bending, stretching, reaching and other motions in the course of a working day. They will be engaged in using office equipment and computers. They may engage in lifting of supplies and materials up to 20 pounds from time to time. While performing duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job is located primarily in an indoor office environment with varying noise levels. There may be varying degrees of temperature. The employee may be interrupted from time to time.
