What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists: Client Services Coordinator plays an active role in the implementation and maintenance of our customer accounts. They start with them from the beginning ensuring a successful and timely new client benefit implementation through facilitating meetings, managing tasks, and validating system set up. The analyst works to ensure that all system-related account setup and configuration is complete for a new client. Once the client is live they provide overall day-to-day support to the client services team and assigned clients groups and advocates to ensure customer objectives and goals are met. This may include an active role in the client\xe2\x80\x99s business reviews and being a liaison with cross-functional teams and vendors. The Client Services Coordinator will have project management, presentation, analytic and problem-solving skills and can use customer service and collaboration skills to build relationships, drive client satisfaction and improve the client experience. They will work closely with the client from the beginning to obtain information, evaluate operational impacts, and share this information with the implementation team, internal departments, and external vendors. The Client Services Coordinator works collaboratively with the entire Client Relations team to ensure seamless care and high levels of customer service. Previous Experience and Abilities:

• Provide project management support for operational initiatives that have impact on clients or vendors that service clients.
• Ensure all implementation items are tracked, documented, and closed, in agreement with client intent.
• Provide timely and appropriate input to ensure implementations are on track for successful service and go live readiness.
• Validate account set up in the current claims system to ensure adherence to plan documents.
• Partner with the Account Managers to provide consultative services to clients regarding plan design and service improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relations and communication as it specifically relates to managed accounts including finance, IT, legal, sales, data, clinical and other departments as needed, to establish an understanding of client needs for implementation and ongoing services.
• Manage client information covering topics such as benefit design, implementation specification, client member eligibility data etc.
• Become proficient in all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication.
• Be willing to travel to client events.
• Provide support for all pod needs
• Schedule meetings as requested
• Ad-hoc report requests from members, clients, in-house, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Ideally you have:

• College Degree or applicable experience preferred
• Capable of interfacing with True Rx managers and provide solutions to problems
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
• Need to be flexible and work as a team player
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
• Ability to communicate and work under stress effectively while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Need to be self-motivated and work with little supervision.
• Need to be adaptable and have different responsibilities given periodically.
