The Communications Coordinator position is responsible to administrate communications efforts. The person is responsible for communications planning, ensuring tasks are captured, tracked, and completed on time. The Coordinator collaborates with ministry teams to intake projects, events, and messaging, then to best distribute the content through various media. The Coordinator reports out on effectiveness of various media and makes recommendations for changes. The Coordinator role is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. The position requires in office time and occasional weekend and evening duties in accordance with the ministry calendar and church-wide events. It also allows for working from home. Basic duties:
