What you\'ll do...
Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is currently seeking a Seller Engagement Senior Manager to accelerate third-party seller awareness, acquisition and development. The successful candidate should be data-driven, with a strong background in strategy and communications, a track record of bringing new initiatives to market and the demonstrated ability to successfully partner with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive outcomes.
What you\'ll do\xe2\x80\xa6
Develop a cohesive vision and strategy for WFS engagement, inclusive of external Marketing, seller acquisition, seller development and retention efforts
Own 360-degree multi-channel WFS Engagement Calendar strategy and execution, including digital, events and social
Optimize campaigns and uncover opportunities through A/B testing, key learnings & ROI
Effectively partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring seller promise to life and ensure a smooth go-to-market process for product launches and enhancements
Successfully weave WFS into integrated Walmart/Marketplace/Supply Chain Marketing content & communications (reports, blogs, case studies, webinars, videos)
Advance the seller journey through competitive research, social listening and data-driven insights
Prepare executives for/with presentations, media effectiveness, social media, etc.
Represent WFS and Walmart at conferences and other in-person events (15% - 20% travel)

Extensive prior experience developing creative and engaging content to support digital, social, powerpoint presentations, keynotes/other speeches
Experience managing internal and external Marketing, PR, Communications partners, inclusive of developing Marketing briefs, and guiding creatives/copywriters
Experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, offline and digital
End-to-end development and deployment of a successful customer/seller acquisition strategy in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years pf experience in Strategy, Marketing Operations or Communications
Relevant experience in eComm business development and/or partnerships
Demonstratable ability to leverage data to develop, validate and measure programs (Marketing programs preferred)
Ability to influence others, think strategically and manage multiple high-priority projects
Ability to effectively collaborate across a diverse organization to drive-results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills across mediums

The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
