is a top Midwest-based technology solution provider to businesses, hotels, resorts, and assisted living facilities. Due to market growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business-to-Business Sales Representative to build and oversee our client base in the Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville markets. The ideal candidate is an energetic professional with sales experience, exceptional customer service, adept at managing both direct and indirect sales channels.
Regional Service Area: Rogers AR (including 75-mile range)
Responsibilities:
- Directly engage customers, leading negotiations and closing sales, while also building long-term relationships
- Build new relationships with businesses, hotels, assisted living facilities
- Develop and manage the sales strategy for the region
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new sales
- Maintain your sales pipeline in our CRM
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem resolution
- Document all service activities, including resolutions, in a detailed and accurate manner
- Participate in community events, associations and be the face of Motion VOIP to the community
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales
- Basic knowledge of networking and wifi technologies (we will teach you what you need to know)
- Knowledge of CCTV/Security Camera Systems is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and telecommunications is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Gmail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in sales
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
