We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
Conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling additional products or services, and fostering long-term relationships.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements effectively while ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth within your territory.
Manage all aspects of territory management including planning visits, tracking progress, and reporting on sales performance.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategic plans for territory expansion.
Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation techniques.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Effective communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with marketing strategies that support inside sales efforts like cold calling and direct outreach.

Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
