Duties



Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to identify potential B2B clients within assigned territories Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing solutions that add value and solve business challenges Manage a portfolio of existing accounts by nurturing relationships, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities and expand market presence Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally to foster long-term partnerships

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage diverse business audiences effectively Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account growth strategies Knowledge of marketing principles and lead generation techniques to identify new opportunities Ability to conduct product demos confidently and perform analysis to tailor solutions for clients Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential Demonstrated ability in cold calling, direct sales, upselling, and customer service excellence

Pay: $57,600.00 - $88,189.63 per year
