The Role
This position is responsible for managing I.T. operations support teams related to On-Prem services and Identity Services. They are accountable to deliver support for various applications or teams. This role is both management and hands-on requiring the person to bring deep understanding of support, strong business acumen, ability to define a vision for their team, ability to lead diverse teams, ability to work within a fast moving environment in a large company and deliver a broad business impact with their support.

The Main Responsibilities

• Manage a team of support personnel.
• Manage the various support activities and deliverable on time with client satisfaction in an international work environment with matrix resources in different locations and time zones.
• Understand the corporate financial and time reporting systems and practices.
• Assist employees in building and managing their development plans.
• Capable of providing Employee performance reviews.
• Lead employee and contractor interviews and be able to make decisions on hiring of these candidates.
• Provide for the timely and accurate resolution of requests from leadership and partners and regular communication on status of their team\'s work.
• Produce weekly, monthly performance metrics on team\'s objectives.
• Conduct Employee reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with other Managers and Leaders to ensure that the team is facilitating Lumen\'s growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor\'s degree with 5-7 of years\' experience, MBA a plus
• 2+ years previous manager-level leadership or lead-level experience preferred.
• Have a track record of fast learning and adaptation to changing environments.
• 3 + years of Azure/O365 service management
• 5+ years of Active Directory management
• 3+ years of Group Policy management
• 3+ years working within a global AD environment.
• Solid working knowledge of security processes and policy enforcement
• Experience with Exchange On-Prem services
• Experience with migrating from On-Prem to Cloud services
• Experience with O365 Governance
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Ability to create a collaborative environment across multiple teams inside and outside of your organization.
• Tier 3 Technical expertise with Microsoft 2012 or newer servers
• Architecture and design experience with various infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to drive team to success.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
