The Role
This position is responsible for managing I.T. operations support teams related to On-Prem services and Identity Services. They are accountable to deliver support for various applications or teams. This role is both management and hands-on requiring the person to bring deep understanding of support, strong business acumen, ability to define a vision for their team, ability to lead diverse teams, ability to work within a fast moving environment in a large company and deliver a broad business impact with their support.
