Job Description


We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our organization\'s Azure cloud services while providing technical support and assistance to end-users. The IT Specialist will need to be a self-starter with strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our organization\'s Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and network resources.
  • Configure and monitor cloud-based resources, ensuring they are running optimally and efficiently.
  • Maintain security, backups, and disaster recovery for our Azure cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on Azure cloud service configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide helpdesk support to end-users through phone, email, and remote access.
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure effective communication and support.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field OR
  • Minimum three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT support, with a focus on cloud services management& helpdesk support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as MCSA, MCSE, or AZ-104, are a plus.
