In the Wireless Representative role, you will be performing these duties:
Interact with customers in-person to enroll them in new wireless plans.
As a Wireless Representative, greet customers and provide personalized service.
Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
Learn and confidently explain the features and benefits of our clients
Follow the retail partner's standards and expectations as a professional Wireless Representative
Meet daily and weekly goals set for each Wireless Representative
Ensure accurate customer enrollment and follow-up as a dependable Wireless Representative
Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to sales, and customer service
To be considered as an Wireless Representative, you need to possess these traits:
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related customer-facing role is preferred
A natural born leader with strong communication and people skills
Excellent at multitasking under pressure
Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Wireless Representatives are comfortable with flexible scheduling
Wireless Representatives must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States
Wireless Sales Associate Overview:
This is a full-time position based in East Providence, RI. Our retail location is open Monday through Sunday, and team members typically work an average of 40 hours per week in-person, engaging directly with customers inside a big-box retail environment.
Pay:
We offer an hourly pay of $16 per hour
and commissions can vary from
$70-$100 per line activated. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
