As an AT&T Representative, you will be involved in sales strategy development, customer interaction, and learning how to close deals in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an AT&T Representative who thrives on problem-solving and is eager to assist customers in finding the best solutions!

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative:



Present products and services to new and existing clients in person within an assigned territory, promoting the value it will add to their lives Process customer transactions and address any issues that may arise Train directly with our Senior Sales Representatives to develop full knowledge of our clients' marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals Actively listen to client needs, providing tailored solutions and product recommendations to address their unique challenges Work closely with our AT&T Representative team to evaluate data and continue improving the client's deals Continuously learn and refine sales techniques through ongoing classroom-style training, feedback, and leadership within the company with the AT&T Representative team Collaborates with internal AT&T Representative teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery

Qualifications and Requirements for the AT&T Representative:



A high school diploma or equivalent is required 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or in an account management role Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Self-determined and takes initiative in creating solutions Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering professional client service Someone who can pick things up quickly and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,543.83 - $50,031.27 per year

Work Location: In person
