Core Functions of the AT&T Representative



Promote AT&T Business wireless, internet, and enterprise solutions through sales, branded campaigns, and community partnerships that expand market presence. Explain service features in detail, verify business eligibility, and ensure documentation accuracy to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Prepare contracts, update enterprise systems, and manage account activations or upgrades to guarantee smooth integration of AT&T Business services. Record customer interactions, track service milestones, and capture feedback in CRM platforms to strengthen retention strategies and maintain compliance standards. Partner with marketing, technical, and operations teams to align messaging, resolve service challenges quickly, and uphold consistent delivery of AT&T Business solutions. Assist with product launches, promotional displays, and community events that elevate visibility, reinforce brand trust, and drive engagement with enterprise clients.

Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Representative



High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. Background in sales, customer support, or account management is valued, especially within telecommunications, technology, or subscription services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, present solutions, and adapt messaging to diverse business audiences. Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools to manage service records, monitor engagement, and support compliance in fast?paced environments
