This is an opportunity to work on a small investor relations team at a company that strives to enhance intrinsic value per share. Our investor relations approach reflects our desire to attract long-term shareholders and debt holders who expect Cimpress to allocate their capital to investments that will drive strong long-term returns. Our investor relations team frequently interacts with analysts, shareholders and debt holders to help them understand our market, strategy, capital allocation approach, execution and financial results. In order to do this well, we work closely with Cimpress executives and team members in our businesses as well as central finance, legal and technology teams.


What You Will Do:

  • Learn about Cimpress: our strategy, goals, businesses, technology and financial and operating results
  • Develop your understanding of the practice of investor relations: the public markets, key stakeholders, and disclosure regulations that influence our external communications
  • Help analyze quarterly results and compile important information used by our CEO, CFO and VP of IR in their interactions with shareholders, debt holders and analysts
  • Support key IR processes and logistics:
  • Quarterly earnings announcements and related materials such as the development of the earnings document, presentations, and Q&A preparation \xe2\x80\x93 particularly the financials and data that we disclose externally and help us craft our message
  • Quarterly reports about investor sentiment, share price and ownership movements and peer valuation
  • Investor conference logistics including prioritizing investor meetings and compiling background information to our spokespeople about who they will meet with
  • Annual investor event including event planning and content development
  • Listen to investor calls to begin to learn the important art of being a spokesperson for a public company

Your Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in finance, technical accounting, investor relations, or related field
  • Attention to detail and process/project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operating results (balance sheet, cash flow, P&L, marketing and manufacturing metrics)
  • The ability to organize data in a way that helps concisely convey important information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding listening skills

Nice to Have:

  • The ability to form relationships and inspire confidence, trust and respect from peers, leaders and executives
  • A highly motivated, curious multitasker
  • Prior investor relations experience is not required if the candidate has the right combination of the above
