Job Description

We are growing and are looking for another outstanding person to support our clients and advisors in the role of Associate Advisor.

This is a detail-oriented position that requires the ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and adjust to changing priorities as well as operate as an effective member of a team. Applicant must be reliable, organized and deadline driven. This individual will be primarily responsible for behind-the-scenes operational support to the principal advisor(s).

Client Interaction:



Comfortably engage with clients, providing exceptional service. Listen actively and respond professionally to client inquiries.

Operational Support:



Process account openings, transfers, and distributions in compliance with government regulations and company policies. Prioritize telephone calls, emails, and daily account maintenance tasks. Assist with administrative duties.

Growth Potential:



As your skillset and interest expand, you'll have ample opportunity to take on more financial planning and client advisory functions.
The position requires sitting, standing, and mobility throughout the office and ability to communicate clearly and professionally is vital to the role of associate advisor.

Educational and Experience Preferences:



Undergraduate degree or higher Finance or Accounting degree Industry Certification i.e. - CFP (Certified Financial Planner), Series 7, Series 65 Minimum 5 years of industry experience

Compensation Range


Base Salary: Extremely Competitive, based on experience
Bonus: Based on Firm Results
2 weeks of paid vacation, depending upon experience
10 personal days

Pay: $75,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
