Whats the role...

Residents of Puerto Rico should be available to work afternoon and evening shifts.

Residents of the U.S West Coast are also welcome to apply.

As an Associate Advisor, you will be part of a team delivering consulting services for the assigned projects and/or engagement team. You will work in developing recommendations and optimization solutions for clients, based on research activities, application of technology and market trends. Areas of impact may include optimization of the organizational structure, processes, procedures, infrastructure, technology, software, finance, logistics, and operational effectiveness, depending on the specific needs of the project.

How you will add value...

Using in-depth understanding of the Power Platform to solve technical and business problems. Interpreting data and turn it into information that can support client's strategic decisions. Developing Power Platform Applications, customized forms, custom workflows using Power Automate for Power Pages. Using web services to access data from other systems design, write, unit test, and document application code. Reading and interpreting documentation such as requirements definitions, User Stories, technical articles, and procedure manuals. Writing clear, concise reports, requirements definitions, User Stories, detailed design documents, and online correspondence with client etc. Participating in meetings and conferences, representing the company and communicating to large or executive audience

What you need...

BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics. Experience with Power Platform, specifically Power BI and Power Apps or in other Business Intelligence tools. Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
