We are looking for an entry level Assistant Project Manager to help manage our projects located in North Georgia and Western - North Carolina. Projects types consist of: New Construction - Single Family Residential This person will come in as entry-level assistant project manager to learn the ropes of the business, and then be groomed into a full Project Management role where they will be responsible for managing various construction projects and sub-contractors. It is estimated that work hours will range between 20 hours per week, which will naturally increase as we near completion on projects. Base house will gradually ramp up as the role becomes more involved, and is naturally transitioning into the full Project Management role. Immediate Entry Level Task Requirements

• Help daily coordination of project sites and reporting of project status
• Coordination of Sub-Contractors
• Assist Sr. Project Manager with daily tasks
• Clean project sites of debris (Light labor is occasionally needed, moving materials from 20-75lbs, loading and unloading of vehicles, etc)
• Site walks to review project process & review plans with sub-contractors & Ops Director
• Weekly reporting to upper management

The basis of this position is to groom an individual to grow within our business and learn the ropes from the inside out. Must be a quick learner and be determined to learn how our business operates to grow within the organization. Our goal would be to have someone 3-days per week on-site to review project status and provide reporting on projects to Ops Director / Ownership on weekly basis. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred). Must have cell phone with standard cell phone plan.
