My client is a growing full service architecture firm working on long standing projects with notable clients across Northern and Central Jersey. Description:
- Develop concepts and technical requirements for each phase of the design process
- Manage commercial projects from inception through completion; manage all phases of architectural projects
- Produce construction drawings using Revit as needed; coordinate with all MEP trades on drawings
- Review all drawings for code compliance
- Oversee production of architectural drawings of Junior staff; manage junior staff members
- Attend planning board meetings; involvement in zoning and planning
- 7 - 20 years of architectural experience
- Full proficiency using Revit or AutoCAD
- Ability to produce construction drawings
- Planning/zoning experience
- Bachelor of Architecture; Registered Architect is a plus
- Ability to coordinate with all engineering trades and manage ground-up projects from inception through completion
- Strong understanding of multi-family/mixed-use projects; know how these projects come together conceptually
