Position Overview
As a Treasury Analyst, you will support all aspects of core Treasury responsibilities including cash management & banking, short term cash forecasting, credit support, foreign exchange and investments. This is a perfect role for a new graduate looking to establish a career in Treasury. The successful candidate will support our existing Treasury group and liaise with key functional areas within the company on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Support activities related to financial closes (bank account related activities).
• 
  Support ongoing enhancements to GTreasury (Treasury Management System)
• 
  Troubleshoot transaction and bank account related issues with banks, GTreasury, or internal teams.
• 
  Contribute to overall cash management strategy internationally & domestic.
• 
  Support daily cash forecasting activities (wire payments, fed ref follow ups).
• 
  Provide summary reporting to key stakeholders.
• 
  Focus on process improvement across the Treasury function.
• 
  Prepare Bank Fee Analysis across multiple banks.
• 
  Support FBAR information requirements.
• 
  Support in month-end Treasury processes, including deliverables to Accounting and Finance teams.
• 
  Support investment activities and quarterly reporting.
• 
  Support bank account management for domestic & international accounts including signatory updates, and securing KYC requirements.
• 
  Support documentation efforts for certain key processes / standard operating procedures across Treasury functions.
• 
  Ability to interface with ERP system (Oracle).
• 
  Support ad hoc requirements as they arise.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Finance, Business Admin, Accounting, Economics or related field of study;
• 
  Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• 
  Strong computer skills, including above average proficiency in Excel;
• 
  Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail;
• 
  Team player \xe2\x80\x93 able to coordinate productively across departments to achieve company-wide goals;
•
