Experience:

  • Two years of customer service experience required, including one year of administrative experience
  • Banking or financial services industry experience preferred

The Treasury Management Analyst provides support to Business Bankers and Treasury Management staff in all markets (Topeka, Kansas City, and Denver) by assisting customers in the implementation process for treasury and electronic banking services. Provides complete customer service and support for all services sold within the Treasury Management Department by serving as first point of customer contact. These services include: Banking Accounts, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, ACH, Internet Banking, Payroll Cards, Merchant Card, VISA Credit Cards, Lockbox, Federated and CDARS. The Analyst also manages vendor relationships, including comprehension of contracts, pricing models, customer service models, product updates, and occasional system testing.

Essential Functions:
  • Serves commercial customers with ongoing support. This includes, but is not limited to; ordering checks, deposit tickets, and bank supplies; monitoring account analysis to ensure pricing and billing accuracy; resolving concerns and discrepancies through research of banking records; assisting with product enrollment and password resets; identifying products that meet customer needs; and handling equipment set up, ordering customer supplies for Remote Deposit.
  • Maintains vendor relationships. This includes, but is not limited to; partnering with vendors on assigned projects.
  • Creates documentation and agreements, e.g. customer product implementation documents, account documentation, and agreements. Maintains these files going forward troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Provides 1:1 product training to customers, primarily via telephone, but can be in-person when requested.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with other bank departments to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Other Responsibilities
  • Manages Risk Fraud Analytics (RFA) for ACH and Wire activity, through ongoing reviewing/monitoring and employee/customer training
  • Manages day-to-day ACH limit increases
  • Maintains ongoing knowledge of Treasury services software and equipment
  • Provides ongoing training to team members as needed
