Job Summary

The Markey Cancer Center is recruiting an Administrative Operations Coordinator for the Markey Cancer Center Shared Resource Facility Management Office (SRFMO). This position requires a highly organized individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support to the Shared Resource Facility (SRF) leadership. This includes coordinating day-to-day administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, reserving spaces, and recording minutes. The successful candidate will be responsible for disseminating information and tracking action items to ensure that timelines are met and any issues that may cause deadlines to be missed. Work closely with SRF leadership to implement processes for SRF access, monitoring, and evaluation. This position will also disseminate surveys, polls, and other information, track progress, send reminders, export data, and deliver it to the SRF leadership for analysis and interpretation.

The position will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for MCC investigators for the Omics Concierge System and managing the Project Intake Form. Must have proficiency in Microsoft applications and preferred experience with Qualtrics/REDCap, as well as excellent organization and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

This position may have a fully on-site work arrangement but there is a possibility of this being approved for a hybrid work arrangement.

This position has been identified as supporting UK HealthCare which receives funding from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Prefer a Master\'s degree with at least one year of related work experience.
