Summary The Learning Operations Coordinator day-to-day operations and administration of Learning Innovation programs, including but not limited to Alliance Safety Councils signature programs, OSHA Training Institute programs, and ARSC programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, registration, coordination, and communication of online and instructor-led learning experiences. Supervisory Responsibilities This position requires no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications The Learning Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Learning Innovation team. This position works to support student and class management processes while adhering to Alliance Safety Councils Fundamentals. As learning and support professional, the Learning Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing guidance, information, and assistance to students as well as internal teams and our training partners. This position is responsible for maintaining optimum enrollment of the courses for which they are responsible, along with coordinating course requirements, reporting, and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience working in a learning operation or support role. The individual must also demonstrate competence in written and verbal communications, computer skills, multitasking, phone, and email communication, and etiquette. The Learning Operations Coordinator brings strong attention to detail to their role and works well in a team environment with standard processes and tasks. The individual must demonstrate competence in task management prioritization, and problem resolution, along with strong customer service orientation and customer support skills. The individual must demonstrate competency in written and verbal communication skills. This position works both independently and in collaboration with teams across Alliance Safety Council, requiring a high degree of interpersonal skills such as listening and responding, curiosity, checking for understanding, and follow-through. A High school education or equivalent is required; post-high school education in a closely-related field (training and development, human resources, business operations, etc.) is desirable.
