- Providing a great customer experience
- Appraising and purchasing inventory from customers in the Norman market and surrounding areas
- Building customer relationships
- Communicating the outcomes of customer interactions and appointments
- Accurately assessing a vehicle for condition and value
- Delivering an appraisal offer to customers
- Purchasing inventory that is profitable
