We are looking for a highly-motivated Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is for people eager to offer high quality work and customer service!! Mission: The core mission of the Acquisition Manager is to acquire homes at a discounted price from homeowners. In the Acquisition Position you are expected to make calls to hot prospects, make offers on those homes, negotiate and send out our real estate contract to secure the property. Customer contact is mainly via Call! You will acquire these properties off market and virtually from the office. Accountabilities Generate Revenue: Get Under contract $25,000 per week in projected profit $50,000 close in first month $75,000 closing a month after 3 monhts Average Deal size: 22,000 for Direct to seller Customer Volume: Acquire 2 properties per week Activity : Make 100 Calls per day to qualified leads Make 4 offers daily Key Competencies -Focused - Sales/ Negotiations -Accountable -Coachable -Work ethic -Fast paced -Customer Experience -Organized Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,072.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule:
